How long must I take the capsules before seeing results?

We recommend you complete your 30-day supply to get the full benefits. Most clients see results within the first week, but each person is different. Some may see results sooner and some may take a little longer. We recommend a 3-month or more supply to see longer results.

Is it safe to take the Seamoss and Elderberry together?

Yes. You can take the seamoss and elderberry together, but do not take the seamoss at night since it promotes energy. Elderberry can promote energy as well, but the seamoss may provide more based on clients feedback. Keep in mind the seamoss is providing the body with the minerals it may be missing, which gives the body the boost it needs.

Can I take the blood pressure capsule with my blood pressure meds?

No. We recommend that you do not combine the high blood pressure capsule with any other blood pressure medication because it may cause your blood pressure to fall too low.

I take thyroid medicine, can I take the Seamoss capsule?

No. It is not recommended to take seamoss with other thyroid medication because both contain iodine. You can take seamoss for thyroid issues ONLY if you are not on other thyroid medication. Consult with your physician.

Does the Detox capsule cause diarrhea?

No, it is not a laxative. It is a gentle detox and moves with your regular bowel movement. Again, everyone is different, some may eliminate more than others, some may urinate more than usual. The key is to remove toxins from the body either via bowel, urine or both depending on what your body needs to eliminate.
